Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling receivables and payables, performing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting using Odoo and standard accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Record daily financial transactions including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
- • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of vendor bills and payments.
- • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.
- • Prepare and review customer invoices and vendor bills using Odoo Accounting.
- • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- • Monitor financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Support management with financial reports and analysis when required.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Practical experience using Odoo Accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and financial reports.
