Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing sales operations for mixed-use real estate development projects, with a focus on off-plan sales and achieving assigned sales targets. The role includes managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and improving sales systems and customer management processes to ensure a professional customer experience aligned with the company’s values of transparency, agility, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team while fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead handling to deal closure.
  • Develop and improve sales processes and workflows to support team efficiency and business objectives.
  • Manage and follow up on leads and sales activities using Odoo CRM.
  • Monitor team performance and provide continuous guidance and support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and investors to maximize sales and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to maximize lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify new sales channels and business opportunities to support growth and achieve targets.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate development or related sectors.
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Good understanding of off-plan sales and investment-focused sales processes.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Odoo CRM.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to customer trust and team collaboration.
